This job function will be working closely with one of our client. Within the scope of this opening, there are 2 job functions.
•Business Intelligence
-Receive and manage briefs from customers, ensuring their requirements are met with high-quality analytical solutions.
-Understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
-Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data needs.
-Select and apply appropriate statistical methods for data analysis.
-Develop and maintain data models and workflows to automate BI data updates.
-Create, optimize, and manage interactive dashboards and reports, mainly using Tableau and Power BI.
-Present data visualizations and analysis in a clear, meaningful manner to clients and stakeholders.
-Create and maintain Business Glossary and Data Dictionary for sustainable usage.
-Lead to troubleshoot business incidents or project scope estimation.
•Business Facilitator
-Facilitate any ongoing project between company and client.
-Receive incoming issues from client and forward to responsible person accordingly.
-Track any pending ongoing task and escalate appropriately should there be any unsolvable concerns.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Being comfortable and fluent in technology is preferred. Competency in web-based application, PowerPoint, and Excel is crucial.
- Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI is a must.
- Understanding in VLOOKUP and PivotTable is mandatory.
- Fluent technical analytic technology stack
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BI data analytics.
- Strong ability to build and manage data models and workflows.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills: logical thinking on data acquired and creative thinking with realistic business recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of business needs and translating them into actionable insights.
- Understanding of data governance and data security best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Able to work with large amount of data and numbers.
- While not mandatory, candidate with technical analytic skill: SPSS, R Statistical Language via Python, Pandas DataFrame via Python, RapidMiner, usually prevail in DataLab.
- Strong English skill - preferably in writing and reading.
- Energetic and collaborative mindset, fitting into a team of young and driven professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- We will be looking at an ability to transparently visualize multiple projects progress and milestones.
