Production Supervisor will report to Production Manager and will be responsible for the following duties & responsibilities:
•Ensuring production equipment and materials are available according to the plan.
•Supervising, leading, motivating and coaching training to the Production Department team members.
•Monitoring, supervising and leading the production process (material flow and coordinating the machine set up) to production plan.
•Leading and supporting the electro-polishing Production Department to ensure that the products' quantity is finished in time and the quality in compliance with the product specifications requirements.
•Analyzing, diagnosing and improving the production process in cooperation with the QC Department and Process Engineer Team.
•Monitoring and improvement of the production order specifications.
•Participation in CIP and 5S activities.
•Establishing and keeping updated of the work instructions in the production line.
•Coaching and developing the working skills from the worker in the Production.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- -Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- -At least 5 years’ experience in Production Supervisor management duties and responsibilities with an international environment; preferably within metal part or chemical production industries).
- -Strong leadership and good communication skill with a good teamwork in coordinating with other Departments.
- -Good problem identification, high analyzing and problem solving skills.
- -Knowledge of stainless steel surface processing and the international standards of fittings, tubing, hoses, and valve systems for handling and transporting fluids and gases in high-tech industries would be advantageous.
- -Good command of English language (also technical) both orally and in written.
- -Experience in shop floor management, manpower management, skill development in the shop floor operator and leaders.
- -Experience in process changes with a focus on continuous improvement from productivity and quality.
- -Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications and ISO9001:2015.
- -Full time work at Khao Yoi Plant, Phetchaburi province.
- -Able to work on 2 Saturdays per month.
