Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements. - Assist in organizing and coordinating staff for football match days and other events, ensuring smooth operations. - Provide support and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters. - Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and engagement. - Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, especially during football matches and events.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
