• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Q-CHANG’s installer that aligns
with the company’s goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging, informative, and relevant content for various channels including social
media, Q-CHANG Installer Application and blog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operation, and product to ensure
alignment of content with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously improve content
strategies.
• Foster a positive and engaging community environment by initiating and moderating
discussions, and encouraging user-generated content in Q-CHANG’s installer community
• Manage content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all
platforms
• Monitor and analyze performance and competitor activities to optimize content strategy
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Arts or similar field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and community management.
- Experience concepting, planning, shooting and editing original content across multiple social platforms, website and other online media
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
- Experience of working with MS Office and design software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
