- Oversee daily operations to ensure they meet international standards. - Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Act as the point of contact for foreign guests, addressing any concerns or special requests. - Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. - Train and mentor staff on international customer service standards. - Develop and implement strategies to attract foreign clientele. - Ensure compliance with international health and safety regulations. - Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting foreign audiences. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on international performance metrics. - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Collaborate with marketing and upper management to drive business goals. - Generate reports on sales, labor, and inventory for higher management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, club or restaurant management
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multicultural setting.
Strong understanding of international business practices.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in additional languages, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to different cultures and business practices
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
