- Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing a high level of service and attending to customer needs. - Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers and host/hostesses, to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow. - Coordination with Reservation Desk: Getting reservation info and ensure that all customer requirements are met. - Daily briefing: Attend pre-mail briefing with Restaurant Manager, Asst. RM in liaison with Kitchen team. Then conduct daily meeting/briefing with team, superior. - Shift Handover: To ensure that new shift crews have all the necessary information, issues and pending tasks with colleagues or customers.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Several years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, starting as a server or in a similar role and working up to a leadership position.
Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Basic Knowledge about cooking term, ingredient in general and technic.
The capability to work well in a team and coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management.
