รายละเอียดงานHR Strategy and Administration Management:
• Establish and maintain effective systems to monitor, measure, and report on HR activities within specified formats and timelines.
• Oversee operations to achieve strategic enhancements in areas such as employee attendance, payroll, annual increases, promotions, and transfers, adhering to Club procedures.
• Collaborate with Department/Division Managers to ensure HR best practices are implemented.
• Contribute to the formulation of HR strategies and performance goals in coordination with the General Manager.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and court rulings to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Provide ad-hoc personnel reports and statistics as needed by management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions for all Club positions.
• Analyze causes of personnel issues and propose improvements to HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
• Rotate as Duty Manager as per assignment schedule.
• Attend monthly managers' meetings and fulfill assigned actions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager and the F&A / IT Sub-Com.
Recruitment and Retention Management:
• Develop and uphold established recruitment policies and procedures.
• Monitor job advertisement placements in local, national, and online media.
• Manage the recruitment process, including interviews, tests, correspondence, and reference checks.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather resignation reasons and provide feedback to the General Manager and Managers.
