- Responsible for the HR Functions both HRM and HRD.
- Handling payroll, Employee relations, Compensation and Benefits.
- Manage General Affairs with company's expense and budget controlling.
- Manage company's activities and coordinate work with related departments about HR & GA matters.
- Support management for new assignment project
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
- 3 yrs. exp in HR Generalist in HR&GA dept. in manufacturing businesses.
- Have experience in Employee relation, Compensation & Benefits and GA.
- Good command of English.
