รายละเอียดงาน
Job Description:
•Control the production process to maximize its capacity correctly while meeting standard operating.
•Maximize the efficiency of production line.
•Review and create working procedures in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
•Manage and control production activities to achieve timely production plan.
•Coordinate the preparation of equipment, manpower availability prior to production.
•Review documents related to production plans.
•Establish and implement rigorous QA and QC standards at all stages of production.
•Review and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
•Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification.
•Set and monitor production KPI's in line with company objectives.
•Lead shop floor daily meeting and perform shop floor management
•Manage and control supervisor/operator to input data in ERP system in real time manner / update day to day.
•Encourage, supervise and appraise human resources for the working environment of 5S, Line Balance , etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering or any related fields.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing company, and 2 years in managerial level.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and experience in a team-oriented environment is required.
- Must have a service mind, proactive with the ability to perform well under pressure in a limited time frame
- Good command of English.
- Have experience in ERP
- Experience in medical or garment industry would be advantage
