As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and merchant partners. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues via telephone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously via telephone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Achieve and maintain performance goals and metrics.
- Work scheduled shifts including weekends, holidays, and sometimes varying hours.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems.
