รายละเอียดงาน
1. To achieve budgeted sales in range of products through direct customers and specifier in own responsibility area.
2. Gather and discuss information on market intelligence, Pricing, Competitor activity of both existing and new market including product desirability and opportunity, ect.
3. To offer a high level of full customer services and technical backup to all customers in his or her responsibility area.
4. Work closely with specify team & try to take benefit from specify work, act as an information source available to Contractors/ architect / consultant / owner / developer by maintaining a mix of communication channels to those group for prompt response to enquiries.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project sales in building materials or construction business background.
- Proven track record converting leads to customers.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative in explaining and presenting product solution / product concept in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
- Able to command of spoken and written English.
- Must possesses own vehicle.
