รายละเอียดงาน
- Recruit employees (post job advertisements, conduct preliminary interviews before sending to Requesting Department, conduct new employee orientation)
- Create employee records
- Summarize time attendance to prepare salary, and prepare data for annual evaluation
- employee welfare, such as employee uniforms, social security, etc.
- employee discipline and provide advice on various matters
- Prepare for training or activities
- Take care of various aspects to create a good working atmosphere
- Communicate and publicize news to employees
- Perform other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male - female aged 25 years and above
- Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Must have at least 3 years of experience working in HR.
- Good at solving immediate problems, has good communication and coordination skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills and are able to easily adapt to other people.
- Able to communicate in Chinese or English at a good level.
