The sales Coordinator will work closely with the head of division and the aftersales team to ensure seamless operations.
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support and Coordination:
•Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
•Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
•Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
•Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
•Collaborate with the head of the division and the aftersales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
3. Administrative Support:
•Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
•Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
•Maintain a well-organized filing system for sales documents and records.
4. Bid Management:
•Prepare documents for bidding with government entities such as PEA, MEA, EGAT, and other public companies.
•Ensure all bidding documents comply with Terms of Reference (TOR).
5. Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
6. AI Proficiency:
•Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies for work.
7. Driving Skills:
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
