Inventory Management:
Monitor and track inventory levels.
Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of products.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for stock ordering and delivery management.
Operations:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist in organizing promotional events or sales activities.
Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
Team Coordination:
Assist in training and supervising store staff.
Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
Support the store manager in implementing store objectives and goals.
Report Generation:
Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff performance.
Provide insights to store management for improving operations.
