รายละเอียดงาน- Overall being responsible for customer management for assigned accounts (local and overseas customers), main interface to the customer, orchestrating the support from all relevant business drivers to secure turnover.
- Being able to achieve for an exceed Individual/Team Sales and Profit targets in accordance the Sales Plan and contribute in Sales strategies and planning.
- Managing day-to-day of the sales cycle along the entire product portfolio, applying a consultative selling approach according to product mix and customer segment ambition.
- Understanding and being able to perform the market trend analysis, also can create new initiative for the market approaches.
- Keeping the record and update the customer database with the potential sales or competitive activities in the database and ensure its correctly and useful for the sales and marketing plan
- Handling the customer complaints and contribute to improve the complaints by identifying gaps and causes of dissatisfaction and recommending improvements. Ensure all agreed action plans are followed up on a timely basis.
- Developing the long-term and trust relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Perform as a part of team to achieve the company goals.
- Maintaining responsibility and regular customer contact in all aspects of customer relationship management with the company.
