Customer service: Support for customer's requirements both for domestic and oversea customers, customer's order and monitor until getting payment (Sales lead) Customer registration Support for Iso9001 for Sales (Anyway, sales lead) Take responsibility for central email of sales that customers communicate with us (many potential requirements that we lost from this part) Sales (Business) Support: Support in part of promotion activities: LinkedIn, Tiktok, Contents in our website, co-ordination with outsource designer, exhibition, etc. Co-operate with factory side for some part.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male or Female not over 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in chemicals or related field
3 years’ experience in customer service and sales support in manufacturing or chemical plant will be prefered
Good communication in English, writing and reading
Able to work under pressure
Good computer skill
