รายละเอียดงาน
1. work efficiently and align the business standards
2. Supervises the day-to-day activities of multiple non-exempt operations associates within a defined individual or group of restaurants, concepts or stores
3. Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for associates, and ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
4. Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered
5. Be responsible for driving sales growth in all branches by developing strategies and on evaluation visit
6. Manage and implement the operation process seamlessly and smoothly / initiate lean process concept among day-to-day operation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Possess of bachelor's degree in any field-related
- At least 2-5 years of proven experience in operation managerial fields in restaurant, catering, or hospitality industries
- Hand on the hospitality, food, beverage, and services industry would be an advantage or work through with some fast place
- Able to transport at Bangkok and the metropolitan region
- If the candidate possesses training knowledge and people-person skills would be an advantage
- Good team leader, dynamics, decisive, problem-solving skills, good services minded
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Mobility to work in province
