3. Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for associates, and ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
4. Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered
5. Be responsible for driving sales growth in all branches by developing strategies and on evaluation visit
6. Manage and implement the operation process seamlessly and smoothly / initiate lean process concept among day-to-day operation
