รายละเอียดงาน
Principal Accountabilities
a) Execute overall construction works or major maintenance works at site to complete within the given timeline and meet HSSE Goal Zero.
b) Ensure the compliance to AMS (Asset Management System) requirements and Shell’s policies (e.g. SGBP, HSSE) during construction period.
c) Execute QA/QC management system and ensure work qualities at fabrication workshop and construction site.
d) Execute HSSE management system and ensure safety and construction site to meet HSSE Goal Zero.
e) Review their equipment and materials documents (both in Thai and English) for completeness and correctness according to the Supply Contracts and/or Purchase Orders.
f) To ensure General Maintenance Contract is performed effectively as per shell requirement.
g) Manage a construction CONTRACTOR for incorporating equipment’s final data and preparing as built and handover documents so to submit to Shell within a month after the project commissioning completion.
h) Support mechanical test run, preliminary electrical test, shutdown, pre-commissioning, commissioning, closeout and handover works.
i) Look after the tool/equipment for Engineering section in good condition including necessary certificate i.e. ground testing, explosive meter (gas detector).
j) Follow up and review the submitted Handover and invoice documents within a month after work completion.
k) Ensure the drawings submission in compliance to Shell’s standards within a month after work completion.
l) Ensure major inspection and maintenance activities are monitored and work done as per plan.
m) Understanding and use of all the DGAME process (Projects Process, Reliability and Integrity Process, Maintenance Execution accordance with the Asset Management System.
Work day : M-F (8.00-17.00) OFF SAT-SUN and Holiday
