รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure that Foreman & Electricians of the section / group under his control know their functions responsibilities and what performance output is expected of them.
- Close supervision of the work produced by subordinates, screening and reviewing thoroughly with subordinates as necessary.
- Ensure that adequate electrical material standard check exist so as to verify the correct specification of the products been purchased and delivered for the repair job-project to reduce the risk of non-conformity.
- Liaise with vessel designated Ship Manager – in charge and co-ordinate with inter-track repair-departments for proper execution of sequential multi-trade repair job.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Technical Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering form recognized college / Institution.
- Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in Ship repair on Electrical and Instrumentation Systems.
- Able to lead a team of Foreman and Electrician
- Ability to communicate in English
