Oversee policies and procedures which ensure the productivities of the organization is optimized and efficiently according to the Packaging plan, control the quality of the product, manage team to improve efficiency of machine and realize the packaging target, safety occupational and environmental to meet the standards that company certification. And to ensure that resources are available and operational to include the company's objectives in the long period. - Oversee planning and manufacturing teams to meet expected volumes. - Ensure all manufacturing machine & spare part are in good operating condition through effective preventive maintenance to meet the target. - Prepare and follow up budget for spend as planned. - Implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target. - Ensure that RCA processes are implemented and effective. - Ensuring that all overhead costs are minimized and Margin improvement opportunities are maximized. - Ensure that Quality, health, safety and risks are managed by the implementation of clearly defined standard and procedures. - Ensure that all capital projects are executed in line with the detailed project plan and financial capital allocation. - Ensure that all human resources are available in sufficient quantity and staff are suitably trained to meet the laid down production volumes. - Responsible and Communicate for operation issue including packaging production.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design or Science or Engineering, or Related field.
Have experience Manufacturing more than 5 years in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing / Project Management / Preventive Maintenance System.
Have experience and knowledge in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing is a must **
Knowledge and experiences in setting BOM and technical problem solving for shopping bag Machine and Recycling Machine and/or Gravure Machine.
Knowledge and experiences in the assigned working field such as Condition Monitoring, Manufacturing Management Strategy and Packaging work process.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S, GHP, HACCP, Food Safety, Safety & Occupational Health will be advantage.
Natural Leadership personality, Organizational skill, and Good decision making.
Ability to perform under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Good command in English.
Good computer skill MS Office.
Able to work at Chachoengsao Plant.
