-Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and various devices.
Ensure adherence to security best practices by aligning all platforms and policies.
-Administer and uphold the integrity of the network system, internet connectivity, LAN, servers, and mail server.
-Conduct routine checks on network infrastructure, software applications, computers, laptops, servers, printers, licenses, and antivirus systems daily.
-Provide support for end users utilizing the ERP system.
Install and set up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and systems.
-Oversee day-end processes, implement data backup strategies, and manage recovery procedures.
-Collaborate with the IT team to communicate and clarify complex issues as required.
-Install and set up CCTV.
-Others as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT support roles, help desk, or technical support positions is preferred.
- Good command of English or Chinese is must.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Knowledge of computer networks, LAN, and server administration.
- Experience with configuring and maintaining software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their support.
- Competence in installing and setting up computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
- Understanding of security best practices and the ability to align systems and policies accordingly.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes.
