รายละเอียดงาน1. Coordinate and promptly respond to the customer and internal departments related to daily sales &
Operation inquiries.
2. Proactively work with customers in order to close any potential gaps and achieve customer
satisfaction.
3. Create appropriate SOP in order to ensure all CBT shipments will be well arranged from origin to
destination.
4. Prepare sales advertising and report for promoting company services.
5. Contact new customers and occasionally visit.
6. Retain customers to use our service and provide them the best quality service.
7. Develop and maintain regular service or problem review with customers to enhance current and
future business.
8. Provide necessary details, costing and SOP to enable sale team to offer competitive rate and
service to increase volume of current and new business.
9. Record and analyze CBT volume, income and profit in order to generate proposal to increase
volume and profit with cost management.
10. Report problems from the customer feedback with recommendation in timely basis to Cross
Border Trucking Manager to find out best solution.
11. Record and conduct cross border operation review meeting with operation team to develop and
improve service level to meet or exceed customers' demand.
12. Lead and develop new potential routes in CBT service to expand business in cross border
trucking markets.
13. Performs special projects and all other assignments, especially associated with the further growth
of cross border products and markets.
14. Support and fulfill operation team when required
