Strategic HR Support:
- Partner closely with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the CEO on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process for key positions across the company, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional organizations.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues effectively and proactively, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Advise and guide managers on employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints promptly and fairly.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Advise on salary and bonus decisions.
HR Operations:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding, data management, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Culture Building:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
