รายละเอียดงาน

- Monitoring, managing, collecting, analyzing customer databases for support marketing and CRM campaign. - Developing and maintaining reports on CRM marketing and sales metrics - Understanding Omni-channel customer behaviors & journey - Collaborating with other departments to integrate customer database processes into the CRM systems - Improving customer segmentation processes and recommending enhancements to the CRM system - Designing and implementing CRM marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement - Resolving any database issues that affect sales system - Ensuring the security and accuracy of customer data - Experience in a role related to marketing or database technology, including customer databases, email marketing or web analytics -Advance analytical features in Power BI, Advance Excel function & formulas, R programming, data analysis skill a strong plus ***We will in touch the passed pre screen candidates to onsite interview at COM7 HQ and make some test.***

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics / Statistics, Information Technology or related field.
Experience 1 – 3 years in data analysis. Work experience in any business in terms of data analysis
Experience using program to analyze data such as advance excel ,SQL, Python, Tableau,Power BI and data visualization skill would be advantag
Attention to details, strong communication skill, eagerness to learn
Age 25 above
Male or Female or LGBTQI+
We will in touch the passed pre screen candidates to onsite interview at COM7 HQ and make some test
