- To drive revenue growth for branch service.
- Assessing the proficiency of branch personnel and formulating targeted development initiatives to foster continual improvement.
- Strategizing to extend the reach of customer care services in Rayong, enhancing accessibility and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring optimal service delivery.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in or related after-sales operations.
- General knowledge of technical services and soft services.
- Able to manage service centers and manpower plans very well.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and Problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
