รายละเอียดงาน
- Analyze all data related to sales forecast development and order plans to propose production plans.
- Plan and control production schedules, monitor and maintain appropriate product stock levels for delivery.
- Inspect and manage stock efficiently and ensure effective stock rotation.
- Coordinate with factories to control production plans, orders, and deliveries to meet schedules.
- Prepare reports and analyze stock control compared to sales performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to accurately forecast trends.
- Analyze sales and consumer demands to design new features in collaboration with the product development and marketing departments.
- Analyze and present business opportunity plans and drive campaigns with the marketing department.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial, Data Analysis, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning.
- At least 3 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills, Problem solving, Result orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected issues effectively.
- Leadership and management abilities and Proficient in English communication.
