To support the Service Support Department in delivering an excellent, professional service to internal and external collaborators and parents. The following duties are frequently mentioned in association with this job:
• To work within a team to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support to the teaching staff and non-teaching staff.
• To support the Service Support Department in delivering an excellent, professional service to all internal and external partners and parents.
• Be a contact person for any requirements from parents about school bus service, door-to-door, Weekend bus, and airport services.
• Handle day-to-day queries and requests regarding transport routes from parents and academic staff.
• Response to email, phone call, and walk-in parent for any details required for the transportation.
• Monitor all school bus details on Google Team Drive, extra van record, number of students, route details, etc.
• Provide and update School bus user details to the financial department.
• Ensure the transport arrangement for staff such as shuttle service for offsite staff, shopping shuttle, and Admin support. Etc.
• Arrange the online booking sheet for SLT, Admin support, and shopping shuttle.
• Ensure the transport arrangements for students such as after-school activities, weekend buses, Saturday programs, etc.
• Prepare payment documents for all transportation expenses to the Head of Service Support every month.
• Monitor the petty cash and report to the Head of Service Support twice a month.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets.
• Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance, and repair of school vehicles.
• Monitors documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
• Ensure sufficient supply of any necessary equipment to the drivers.
• Monitor for the renewal of tax and insurance for school vehicles.
