รายละเอียดงาน- Liaison with Supply Chain Manager to supervise, coach and support team members’ development and performance.
- Act as the subject matter expert by developing and sharing supply chain knowledge.
- Understand daily routine process and drive optimization: i.e value-added continuous improvement
- Drive and manage team on projects of purchase, warehouse, logistics or related to achieve target.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement and supply chain operations; define and implement corrective actions
Knowledge/Skills:
- Supplier Management
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate contracts
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating among cross-functional teams and suppliers about specifications, price, conditions, and lead time.
- Order Management:
- Oversee SC/PU team: placing requests, price estimates, purchase orders, and required documentation
- Coordinate and monitor goods readiness with vendors and provide continuous reviews of vendor performance.
- Logistics Management:
- Proactively oversee timely execution of shipment delivery through last mile, including monitoring, identifying delays/issues which may jeopardize the delivery within the promised timeline and quoted cost, and milestone auditing.
- Lead troubleshooting of in-country transport and delivery challenges
- Support Supply Chain team with special projects given by SC manager.
