* follow up promptly inquiries , conducting quotations and coordinating orders * follow up promptly sales opportunities internally and externally * handle and resolve promptly complaints and remarks * obtain and evaluate all relevante information in order to service and handle inquiries * process orders , forms , application and requests * record detail of inquiries, comments and complaints * communicate and coordinate with internal team that supports both direct and re sellers sales channels

bachelor degree in science / marketing
relevant experience within the industry
establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and internal teams (also overseas )
good command in english both spoken and written
