1. Administrative
- Assist the general manager in drafting documents in daily work and manage company documents.
- Coordinate various company meetings and take minutes of important meetings.
- Understand the general manager's schedule and make appointments.
- Phone call answering and visitor reception.
- Responsible for the company's daily travel arrangements and government affairs
- Arrange and work directly with accounting agent to provide regular submission and payment of expenses /payroll
/ tax related tasks.
2. Human resources
- Arrange company recruitment.
- Organize internal company activities, learnings, outings, team building, etc.
