-Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and production efficiency. -Coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments to balance workload and resources. -Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand. -Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory. -Work with procurement and warehousing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. -Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs. -Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. -Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and scheduling efficiency. -Use data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. -Supervise and provide guidance to the planning team, including planners and schedulers. -Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments. -Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and plan for upcoming production needs. -Identify opportunities to improve production processes and scheduling practices. -Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. -Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve planning and scheduling accuracy. -Ensure all production planning activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. -Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to address any quality issues promptly. -Participate in intimal and external audits as required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within the beverage industry.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
