รายละเอียดงาน-Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
-Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
-Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
-Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
-Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
-Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
-Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
-Create daily reports for management and team members
-Establish a controlling and review process that provides financial data within strict timescales e.g. monthly management accounts in maximum 3 days.
-Undertake tax planning and establish a tax efficient consolidation strategy
-Implement corporate HR guidelines of KNILL Energy and SBU T&D
-Set-up and execute HR processes.
-Long term and short-term Personnel Planning
-Recruiting incl. contracts
-People development; Training plan and execution
-Support the Leaders in Performance Management (Role clarity, appraisal interviews, bonus agreements
-Check and benchmark the performance of these processes (e.g. employee satisfaction survey)
-Outplacement (Exit interviews)
-Utilize spreadsheets and database tools to assist in financial record keeping
-Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
-Prepare P.N.D 50, Discloser Form, P.P 30
-Prepare written reports for delivery to Commercial Director
