รายละเอียดงาน
1.Lead and supervise a team of quality inspectors responsible for incoming inspections and in-process quality checks.
2.Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and standards for incoming materials and components, as well as during various stages of production.
3.Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and audits of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified quality requirements and standards.
4.Identify opportunities for process improvement in incoming and in process quality control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
5.Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and quality metrics. Prepare regular reports on quality performance and metrics for management review.
6.Communicate quality requirements with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
7.Train, mentor, and develop quality control staff to enhance their skills and capabilities in both incoming and in process quality control.
8.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency in quality control processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and practices.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certification) is advantageous.
