Job description : 1.Financial Record Examination 1.Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 2.Reviewing any potential fraud and misconduct 3.Financial record reconciliation 4.Inventory Control & Fixed Asset Disposal 2.Internal Controls Evaluation 1.Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting 3.Data Analysis 1.Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify anomalies, trends, or potential areas of concern in financial data. 4. Portfolio Management: 1. Asset Managers meet with clients to assess their financial status, goals, and risk tolerance. They provide strategic advice and manage assets accordingly 5.Risk Analysis and Reporting: 1.They conduct risk analyses, prepare detailed financial and asset management reports, and monitor the performance of the assets. They also develop strategies to increase ROI and minimize risks 6.Market Research and Trend Analysis: 1.Asset Managers research relevant markets, identify trends, and make informed investment decisions to maximize profits and identify new opportunities 7.Coordination and Compliance: 1.They coordinate with property managers, brokers, legal professionals, and other third parties to ensure comprehensive asset management and compliance with regulations 8.Supervision and Team Collaboration: 1.Often, they supervise teams responsible for financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring that all activities align with the organization’s goals 9.Supervision on Property Maintenance: 1.Making sure property maintenance properly in place and engineering work is done properly both budget and result. 10.Coordination on new Project Development: 1.Working with property team to ensure new project development is initiated properly within budget and timeline.
