• Design and implement voice network solutions. • Manage and maintain Voice network infrastructure. • Troubleshoot network issues and outages. • Monitor network performance and optimize as needed. • Manage and maintain OS Linux-based system and servers. • Ensure system performance, security, and reliability. • Design and implement Linux infrastructure solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Develop and maintain network documentation. • Implement network upgrades and improvements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide technical support and training to staff. • Conduct regular network assessments and audits. • Manage network hardware and software inventory. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers. • Develop and implement network policies and procedures. • Stay up to date with the latest network technologies and trends. • Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation. • Perform Voice network capacity planning and analysis. • Implement and manage network monitoring tools. • Ensure high availability and reliability of voice services.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in network engineering.
  3. Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
  4. Experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, SBC Voice Gateway
  5. Proficiency in network design and implementation.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong understanding of network principles.
  8. Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  9. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. Certifications such as CCNA, SIP School Certified Associate' or SSCA, or equivalent.
  12. Experience with voice networking technologies.
  13. Knowledge of voice networking solutions.
  14. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. Strong attention to detail.
  16. Experience with network automation tools.
  17. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  18. Strong organizational skills.
  19. Experience with VoIP and telephony systems.
  20. Knowledge of network virtualization technologies.
