- Oversee and optimize daily operations of both the physical clinic and Ooca app, including staff management, healthcare provider oversight, appointment systems, and customer experience - Manage and coordinate healthcare providers, ensuring high standards of medical care and compliance with professional guidelines - Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality patient care across both physical and digital platforms - Lead the creation and execution of policies and procedures for integrated online and offline operations - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage license maintenance processes - Manage budget and resource allocation for integrated operations, identifying areas for efficiency and growth - Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for clinic staff and healthcare providers - Collaborate with tech team to drive seamless integration of physical and digital services - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources and partners - Analyze operational data and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Manage crisis situations and develop risk mitigation strategies

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

3-5 years experience in health/wellness industry with a focus on clinic operations
Proven experience in managing digital health platforms or app operations
Experience in coordinating or managing healthcare providers
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in healthcare management software and digital platforms
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Background in Psychology and/or Health Informatics is advantageous
