4.Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
5.Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
6.Reviewing all formal finance, HR, Marketing, and IT related procedures
7.Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
8.Managing budgets, developing and managing financial systems/models
9.Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
10.Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
11.Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
12.Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
13.Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
14.Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
