รายละเอียดงาน
-Maintenance of machinery plastic injection machine.
-Follow the work manual and procedures for routine equipment maintenance. including repairs, cleaning, maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition to meet production needs.
-Perform duties as assigned daily by the supervisor or shift supervisor in production. Troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment and report abnormal problems that cannot be resolved to supervisor for Ensure timely repairs for production.
-Responsible for recording the work of equipment maintenance and repair to the supervisor every week and reporting problems to the supervisor every time.
-Responsible for PM, Water Pump, Air Pump, Mold Temp and Facilities reporting to ensure preventive maintenance is performed to ensure smooth production operations.
-Implement improvement project for productivity, quality, and safety.
Follow factory safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines. Report unsafe working conditions or equipment to your supervisor to maintain a safe work environment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High vocational certificate in Electrical or power/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical techniques/Manufacturing techniques other related fields.
- At least 1 years of experience in mechanical/facilities maintenance.
- Positive thinking and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Knowledge of maintenance regarding plastic injection will be an advantage.
