Job Description:
As a CRM Specialist at Spicy Cat Group, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships across our brands: LA MEOW, WAN LAO DA Chongqing Noodles, and Craze Mama Thai Fusion Food. Your role involves developing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and implementing personalized marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create a seamless customer experience and data driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support brand objectives and sales targets.
- Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Plan and implement in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive consumer engagement.
- Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize trade marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate CRM activities with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, Improve to Top of mind brand and Brand Loyalty.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM management, preferably in the restaurant or food industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis or able to use Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong energy and a positive mindset.
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning attitude.
- Experience in trade marketing, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
