Revenue Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue across different OTA channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance.
Inventory Management:
- Optimize inventory allocation across OTAs to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and adjust room availability and rates in response to demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to implement effective inventory control strategies.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for management and hotel partners.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and insights effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies.
- Communicate effectively with hotel partners to build strong relationships and provide support.
- Participate in revenue management meetings and present findings and recommendations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1-2 years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role, preferably in the hospitality or OTA industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
