- Provide Thai-Chinese translation for the factory manager, including oral and written translation.
- Assist the factory manager in formulating and implementing production plans to ensure that the production progress and quality meet the expected goals.
- Supervise the production process, ensure the normal operation of equipment and tools, and solve problems in production in a timely manner.
- Coordinate cooperation between departments to ensure full utilization and coordination of resources.
- Supervise employees' work performance and provide necessary training and guidance to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Track and analyze production data, and provide relevant reports and suggestions to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Assist the factory manager in managing the factory.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, age between 25-40 years old
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in Chinese or related field
- Fluent in Chinese and Thai both speaking, listening and writing skills.
- Relevant factory production management experience, familiar with production process and quality management.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with various departments.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills, able to make correct decisions in emergency situations
- Team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
- Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies
