รายละเอียดงาน
1. Handling Import- Export of customer s orders
2. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
3. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels to meet their satisfaction
4. Working on daily customer orders, parts overdue and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
5. Ensure on-time delivery order and shipment follow as plan and co-ordinate with related parties
6. Issuing export invoice and export formalities for export shipment
7. Coordinate with internal division, Freight forwarder, shipping agent and Customers
8. Arrange meeting to discuss and solve problem with shipping line company and freight committee if there have problems or signal to be problems
9. Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
10. Utilize logistics IT skills to optimize procedures will be considered
11. Prepare KPI materials report for Customer meeting & Department meeting
12. Perform additional duties and assigned reports
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in Logistics import / export, Supply chain or related
- At least 2 years experiences in Logistics or Import Export, including BOI and Incoterm
- Toeic score 500 up required
- Good computer skills : Advanced in MS Office including Excel, Word, Power point, presentation and Outlook
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing for communicating with oversea customers
- Good service mind and team work
- Able to be traveling for business trip and visit customer in abroad
- Ability to work under pressure & Positive thinking
- Willing to learn and quickly adapt to the job requirements
- Energetic and Healthy
