-Documentation management Prepare and review import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance
-Coordinate shipments: Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage customs clearance processes
-Customs clearance: Liaise with customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance of imported and exported goods, resolve any issues that arise, and address customs inquiries or audits
-Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure an efficient supply chain, including optimizing lead times and managing stock levels to meet customer demands
