Associate Lawyer (Base in Phuket)

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Handle company registration procedures, land office procedures, including land transactions and land office relevant documents, property-related tasks including due diligence, contract review, and registration.
2. Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as affidavits, contracts and settlement agreements.
3. Contact the relevant government office to proceed with the delegated responsibility.
4. Conduct legal research, prepare and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys.
5. Analyze conflict in legal matters, advise clients on solutions and negotiate on behalf of clients.
6. Communicate with senior associates, paralegals and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or higher degree in Law.
- Lawyer license
- At least 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in corporate, property, due diligence and related laws.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
