1. Determine the direction of the department to achieve the goal.
2. Arrange the subordinate plan to suit the job.
3. Responsible for checking work from subordinates.
4. Assign tasks to subordinates.
5. Evaluate the performance of subordinates.
6. Develop personnel to achieve maximum work efficiency.
7. Develop the department to be in line with the company and other departments.
8. Analyze the causes of problems in the department. And various elements.
9. Attend meetings every time when the department is involved.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences , Information Technology or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in IT and used to control the subordinate.
- Knowledge of quality management system of ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO14001.
- Good command in English.
- Skill in Instruction, Skill in Improving Methods, Skill in Working with People.
- Knowledge of Responsibilities.
- Knowledge of planning and management.
