รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for the implementation of inquiry, price comparison, negotiation and price verification of products related to the production of accessories
- Follow up and implement the sample delivery of related accessories for new development projects
- Annual report on cost control of parts suppliers and proposal of cost reduction plan
- According to the supplier KPI assessment, draft a plan for the procurement quota ratio of each supplier next month and submit it to the superior for review
- Track the trend of the accessories market and report to the superiors
- Summarize the parts price adjustment, bidding and other work and report to the superior leader
- Signing and submission of contracts and agreements
- Responsible for receiving, confirming, issuing, sending back and keeping files of purchase orders
- Responsible for the execution of reconciliation, invoicing and payment of parts suppliers
- Responsible for tracking the progress of customs declaration and customs clearance of imported accessories and reporting to superior leaders
- Responsible for sorting out the KPI assessment data of suppliers related to accessories and submitting SQE
- According to the SQE supplier KPI assessment results, draft the supplier's account period adjustment and rectification plan for procurement share and submit it to the superior for review
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Purchasing.
- Good command of English
- If can speak Chinese will be an advantage.
- Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
