รายละเอียดงาน
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are in place and properly implemented in all sections to demonstrate conformance to requirements of customers, public standard and effective operation of the quality system.
- Responsible for the preparation, issuance and control of all quality related standards and procedures.
- Facilitates internal and external quality audits like IATF16949.
- Responsible for administering the qualification system for tire inspectors (1st and 2nd inspector).
- Reviews and evaluates proposed countermeasures for non-conformities found during internal and external quality audits.
- Recommends disposition for non-conforming materials and products.
- Responsible for creating programs and activities that increases quality awareness for all employees.
- Prepare New Article summarize report and PPAP Package Preparation
- Conduct the inspection report for OE tire
Knowledge / Skill
- In-Process Control Standards
- ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
- Tire Inspection Standards
- Raw Material Inspection Standards.
- Statistical Data Analysis
- FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC.
- QA 7 Tools
- Internal Quality Audit (IQA)/ Quality Related Troubleshooting
- Knowledge Statistical Data 8D Why-Why Analysis
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25 - 35 Year
- Bachelor Degree in Engineer or related.
- Experience in 5 years or more than. (Quality, OE , IATF, New Model)
- Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 / IATF 16949, ISO45001.
- English skill Communication.
- Can use MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
