รายละเอียดงาน1.Act as an admin for our customers on all channels: LINE, Facebook, email, phone.
2.Answer customer questions about our company, products, app/website, or other.
3.Work with new customers to suggest products and make their order using the app or website
4.Help customers when issues arise, working with various members of our team as needed
5.Report to team about customer information and trends or common issues
6.Communicate with Inter Express to help coordinate delivery issues outside Bangkok as needed
7.Support with other small tasks that improve our customer experience, taking pride in our service
