Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Develop and implement wave soldering process parameters to achieve optimal solder joint quality and production efficiency.
Conduct process capability studies and implement improvement measures.
Monitor and control process variables such as preheat temperature, solder bath temperature, and conveyor speed.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on wave soldering equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs and upgrades.
Ensure equipment calibration and validation.
Quality Control:
Inspect solder joints for defects and implement corrective actions.
Analyze solder joint quality data and identify root causes of defects.
Collaborate with quality engineering to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Process Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Develop and implement process control plans.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Stay updated on the latest wave soldering technologies and industry best practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in wave soldering process engineering.
- Strong understanding of soldering principles, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with through-hole assembly processes.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and soldering certifications.
- Experience with data analysis and process simulation tools.
