- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns focused on driving sales through various channels (Online & Offline).
- Utilize digital sales and marketing tools, including social media platforms, to increase sales and enhance brand awareness for the company.
2. Customer Acquisition and Expansion
- Identify and acquire new customers through online marketing efforts and other relevant channels, as assigned by the company.
- Create sales opportunities through communication across various channels and targeted marketing towards new customer segments.
- Develop relationships with new customers through continuous follow-up and support to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain and grow sales from existing customers by nurturing long-term relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
3. Achieve Sales Targets
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that monthly sales targets set by the company are met.
- Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and sales methods to align with market conditions.
4. Manage Online and Offline Sales Channels
- Oversee and optimize both online and offline platforms to ensure customers can easily access and purchase products and services.
- Manage product offerings and sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Respond effectively to internal and external communications according to the urgency and importance of tasks.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
5. Analyze and Report Performance
- Report customer interactions and sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis, including summarizing weekly and monthly sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales results from online and offline campaigns, providing progress updates and outcomes to management weekly and monthly.
- Use data and analysis results to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
